A First Deployment.
A real workflow. A metric. Sixty to ninety days in production.
We're not looking to prove the technology works: that's already been proven. The question is whether it produces a result inside your operation. That's why the scope is closed, the price is closed, and the success criteria is written before we start.
The six items we sign.
| Element | Definition |
|---|---|
| Scope | A real workflow, chosen with you, where it hurts most. |
| Timeline | Sixty to ninety days, with a review at day thirty. |
| Price | Closed. No hourly billing. |
| Baseline | Measured and signed by both parties before installing anything. |
| Success criteria | Written before starting, alongside what happens if it isn't reached. |
| Possible outcomes | Scale · adjust · we don't recommend scaling and the agreed terms apply. |
The baseline
is not an intention.
Before installing anything, we write down on one page which metric we'll move, how it's measured, which system the data comes from, how often it's reported, and who on your side signs the number.
Both of us sign.
Because if we don't know where we stood before installing AI, afterward we can't demonstrate what changed either.
Three outcomes, all with evidence
We scale to the next area or the next workflow.
We adjust the design with data in hand.
We don't recommend scaling and the terms we agreed to in writing apply.
What work do you need to improve?
Thirty minutes, a real process, and we leave with a metric to measure it.
